The advanced open water course is about exploration, experience, building your confidence and scuba diving skills and is designed so that you can take the course directly after the open water course.

You will complete a series of 5 adventure dives; Deep – typically anywhere from 18-30m’s, Navigation and three additional elective dives.

You can choose from Night Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Digital Underwater Photography*, Enriched Air*, Wreck Diver*, Diver Propulsion Vehicles* Naturalist, AWARE – Fish Identification, AWARE- Coral Reef Conservation, The digital underwater photography adventure dive is a great place to start for budding under water imagers.

For those that wish to operate as  freelance videographers the minimum experience requirements are that you are an Emergency First Response and Rescue Diver with at least 50 logged dives, with all your own diving equipment.

It is also worth noting that if you are taking a gap year or considering further education then you may be able to gain college credit for  PADI scuba diving courses.
